Armand Alvarez, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Alvarez is the founder of EXIGIS and under his leadership the company has enjoyed significant growth in both revenue and market share.

Prior to joining EXIGIS, Mr. Alvarez was a Senior Vice President and the founder of the Business Process Consulting practice for Marsh USA. During his 11 years with Marsh, Mr. Alvarez provided leadership for several of Marsh’s divisions; including: Marsh Risk Consulting, the Risk Management practice, the Client Executive practice, and Marsh IT.

Mr. Alvarez was responsible for expanding the Marsh relationship by solving process issues for several of Marsh’s largest clients, such as Dow Corning, General Electric, Tyco, American Standard, Sun Microsystems, Hewlett Packard, IBM and Lockheed Martin to name a few. In addition to his time at Marsh Mr. Alvarez spent two years as a President in Aon’s Risk Consulting Practice.

Mr. Alvarez has a Bachelors degree in Legal Studies from the University of California at Berkeley.

Frank J. McMackin IV, Director, Business Development and Accounts

Mr. McMackin is a leading authority on risk management and insurance technology trends with nearly a decade of consulting, underwriting, and technology experience. In his current role as Director of Accounts and Business Development, Mr. McMackin is responsible for developing, executing and managing sales, marketing, and relationship management activities across EXIGIS’s growing portfolio of domestic and international clients.

Prior to joining EXIGIS in 2006, Mr. McMackin served as an underwriter with Axis US Insurance specializing in Directors and Officers Liability Insurance, Employment Practices Liability Insurance, and Fiduciary Liability Insurance. Mr. McMackin was a founding partner in RiskForce, Inc.; an international consulting and technology firm based in Dublin, Ireland specializing in operational risk preparedness, business continuity, and crisis management services.

Mr. McMackin holds a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business from Temple University Fox School of Business and a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Rollins College.

Michael Yip, Director, Professional Services

Mr. Yip joined EXIGIS in October of 2010 and currently serves as Director of Professional Services. EXIGIS Client Services includes account management, consulting and customer service. Since joining EXIGIS Mr. Yip has been responsible for formalizing best practices and delivering client service following the deployment of RISKworks.

Prior to joining EXIGIS, Mr. Yip served at Marsh USA, Inc. as Senior Vice President and Consulting Practice Manager for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), a specialty practice within Marsh Risk Consulting. During his tenure with Marsh, he led a national team of highly skilled consultants responsible for implementing corporate governance and compliance initiatives such as corporate-wide risk identification, risk assessment, strategic risk mapping and total cost of risk analysis. Mr. Yip also provided strategic expertise in the design and development of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) technology strategies and led engagements in business process improvement and ERM systems implementations.

Mr. Yip has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Haskayne School of Business, specializing in Risk Management and New Venture Finance. He also holds the Canadian Risk Management (CRM) professional designation.

Dylan Corlett, Director, Technical Services

Mr. Corlett joined EXIGIS in January of 2010 and currently serves as Director of Technical Services. The Technical Services Department is responsible for implementation and engineering activities associated with servicing, maintaining and developing our core product, the RISKworks platform. Dylan has been working diligently to manage the various client requests for new products and applications while strengthening EXIGIS' value propositions to existing clients.

Prior to EXIGIS, Mr. Corlett was working as a Director of Software Engineering at EFI in Foster City, CA and Bangalore, India from 1999 to January 2010. At EFI, Mr. Corlett directed the efforts of highly specialized engineering teams to deliver next-generation features for EFI's flagship Fiery product line. Mr. Corlett also provided direction and organizational guidance for the implementation of best practices-based policies, procedures, performance metrics and quality standards. During his time at EFI, Mr. Corlett also served as a Senior Engineering Manager at EFI's Bangalore, India office, where he directed the creation of strategic roadmaps and organizational frameworks supporting coordinated efforts between the US and India development teams.

Mr. Corlett holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from California Polytechnic San Luis Obispo.
