NEW YORK , New York - Exigis, the leading provider of business process management software for vertical niche markets, announced today the release of a new product line - rm.Treasury™.

rm.Treasury™ is a web-based business process management system specifically designed to help treasury departments manage requests for letters of credit, bank guarantees, restricted cash, surety bonds, parent company guarantees, comfort letters, capital expenditures, cash disbursements, etc.

The rm.Treasury™ software enables treasury departments to receive requests from the field employees globally on 24x7 basis. The software automatically routes the requests to an appropriate reviewer and/or approver using flexible routing and delegation rules defined by organization's policies and procedures. The system also facilitates the issuing process for approved requests. When the request is fulfilled by a third-party institution for a fee or commission (e.g. letters of credit and bank guarantees), the system can forward the approved request to the specified third-parties (e.g. relationship banks) for competitive online bidding.

Today, Exigis has launched the first rm.Treasury system to a global Fortune 500 client.
