| How do I obtain a cert of ins with your system? |
| First, you log into the portal using your username and password and access the Certificates application. Next, you select the type of certificate you need (liability, property, etc.), and fill out a web form. You will either immediately receive a PDF file of your certificate of insurance, or your request will be routed for approval, depending on your business requirements. |

| You can add an unlimited number of users. Additional users may also be added after the initial application is configured. |

| How do I manage a renewal and can the system support multiple renewals? |
| As an administrator, you would manage the certificate renewal process by entering the new policy information into the system at renewal time. The EXIGIS solution can also be configured to integrate with your existing policy management system. You, as an adminstrator, can track renewal progress through user-restricted administration screens. When users request their certificates of insurance, they indicate whether the certificate should be renewed at the end of the policy year. With the click of a button, these certificates are automatically renewed at renewal time. |

| If I make a mistake, how do I reissue a certificate? |
| First, find the certificate request that you want to change in the list of issued certificates. Second, select the certificate to change and click the "reissue" button. Next, change the certificate request as necessary and click "submit" to receive your updated certificate. Your old certificate will be voided automatically. |

| Yes, there are predefined reports that you can run at any time. Furthermore, you can create your own custom reports to interpret your data how ever you wish. |

EXIGIS logos will be omitted from your portal. |

| The vast majority of certificate requests can be issued instantaneously. Certificate requests that require approval are usually issued within 48 hours, though this largely depends on the service level agreement signed by you and your broker (or whoever is approving the certificate). |
