Our system is highly customizable. EXIGIS can configure the system to support any currency and foreign language. It can upload foreign exchange rates to automatically convert currencies.

Do you have automatic variance control so I do not have to compare historical data manually?
Absolutely. EXIGIS can customize the portal to notify you when a business unit has moved beyond the variance percentage you have pre-selected. This is done by uploading your previous data and storing newly entered data on the portal. You will be able to manage by exception using our solution.

How do you control the quality of the data?
Data quality is controlled through various means. First, data is validated as it is entered into a web form. You, therefore, can rest assured that numeric or currency fields will contain just that, a valid numeric value. Second, business logic can be applied at the field-level allowing for exception-based reporting; for example, if a user reports an unusually large contract size, the system will automatically prompt the user for an explanation.

Clients own their own data. Client data is stored in separate databases so there is no data co-mingling.
