  • Online Support  l  integrated RISKworks Help & Training library providing users on-demand access to a dynamic selection of instructional brochures, training collateral, policies and procedures, and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
  • Web Support  l  dedicated email support queue providing users with easy access to support services and same day response by EXIGIS Client Service Representatives
  • Telephone Support  l  live toll free telephone support staffed Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm EST by New York based EXIGIS Client Service Representatives
